The issue with mornings when one has Cerebral Palsy (CP), at least, for me is that the simple task of putting on my socks and shoes takes me 5 to 10, or more minutes to do than those people without CP.
My legs are rigid with my right leg being worst than my left leg.
I find I can manage placing my sock and shoe on my left leg with a bit of effort, but it takes me way, so much longer to do so on my right leg. I have even taken to using the stool we have to raise my right leg higher to make the task of placing my sock on easier.
I manage, but some mornings this task of putting on my socks and shoes is frustrating for me.
