You may have been wondering where I’ve been dear reader. Don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten about you. I have been busy writing a new novel.
As many of you may or may not know, a few years ago I self-published a Young Adult Fantasy book The Crux. The first book in a series of three books, or that was, and still is the game plan. I have even started the second book.
Three weeks ago, I wrote what at the time was considered to be a short story. But when I shared it with two friends, they implored me to make it into a novel. Well, I decided to give this a try, so I have been busy writing the book. The book preliminary called, “The Remains of the day,” is Ground Hog Day (the movie) meets political thriller/suspended. The writing has been going very well, and if I keep it up, I will have first draft completed by Christmas at the very latest. From there I have a friend, who used to edit theatre scripts, agree to review the manuscript.
So, this is what is keeping me busy.
If I complete
it, then I hope to get this project properly published (It may never see the
light of day, but I am going to give it a try).
